As an experienced food photographer, Phill Jackson has worked with chefs including Marco Pierre White, Jamie Oliver, James Martin, Gordon Ramsey, Antony Worrall Thompson and Gary Rhodes.

 

Working closely with the chef and food hygienist, and priding himself on achieving the perfect lighting, he produces images that stand out from the page. Phill believes presentation is vital and a successful image is one where the viewer can almost taste the dish.
